Starting on the East Coast and expanding to Los Angeles, she grew a small rep agency into a powerhouse representing over 45 prestigious brands. As Principal of Grace by Catherine Sullivan and Remembrance, she operated influential showrooms in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, helping manufacturers refine their brands and products to resonate with buyers and consumers.
Catherine's strategic vision and market acumen have driven success in the wholesale world as well the retail, ensuring curated and relevant offerings and optimal product displays. Her insights and experience have shaped retail assortments, delighted customers, and boosted sales. Catherine’s passion for retail began at a young age during shopping trips with her mother, where she was captivated by the vibrant displays and the artful curation of beautiful objects. These experiences sparked a lifelong career in the Gift and Decorative industry, spanning over three decades. With a deep understanding of design and presentation, Catherine has helped manufacturers develop compelling brand identities, refine product offerings, and help create enticing packaging that delights both retailers and consumers. She has also been an integral part of helping retailers curate and select their assortments and develop eye catching merchandising displays.

Catherine offers a complimentary 20 minute meeting to assess your project. Following this initial consultation, she will determine whether billing should be hourly, by project or on a retainer basis.
